The “TAKUMI” series luxuriously uses precious material know as “Saikouhou”,the highest quality hair among mountain goats.The collection brims with master brush maker Tesshu’s craft, from the selection of the base hair onwards.The master’s delicate construction of each brush enables the precious materials to achieve their full potential. The smoothness of the mountain goat’s hair is as soft as its blue squirrel’s and its perfect firmness is what characterizes “Saikouhou” material.In order to further enhance the material’s qualities, the brushes are not dyed and preserve the mountain goat’s original white color.

This brush can be used to apply liquid foundation smoothly and evenly, giving the skin a translucent finish. The voluminous tip provides natural coverage for the whole face, even fitting snuggly in the areas around the eyes. Additionally, less foundation is required than when performing application with a makeup sponge.
