- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the item ordered is out of stock, is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or in your order or is withdrawn for any reason.
- We may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)
- You may cancel an order at any time up until the point of when the goods are being dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service. No cancellation fees apply.
- Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must be returned to us in the condition which they were sold, in order to receive a refund. We offer a full refund, less the cost of shipping if received within 30 days.
- International return shipping is unfortunately not free.
- We warrant that the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered and is intended to be used strictly in accordance as set out on the Site or as on the Product itself.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Product strictly in accordance with its instructions.
- We try very hard to deliver Products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the Product is faulty or has been damaged, you agree to keep the Product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time.
- In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty Product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the Product, including you specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the Product is damaged or defective.

- PayPal orders with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB.
- We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
- We always aim to deliver within 6 working days from the date of any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
- You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
- The time of delivery will be 14-21 days for International destinations shipped from Japan, but the time of delivery still depends on the country you’re ordering from.
- No tracking number shipment might be applied to the inexpensive Product. If you need shipping with the tracking number, let us know when you order the Product.
International Buyers- Please note
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the Product price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buy the Product.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivery freight (shipping) company when you pick the Product up. Do not confuse them for the additional shipping charges.
