Description
Kyukyodo (鳩居堂) was founded as a pharmacy in Kyoto, Japan in 1663 and now it is known as the most famous stationary store in Japan which is especially offering Japanese traditional stationary.
The pattern of the top paper is different from other Chiyogami booklets on my store, but it is not confirmed the patterns of all papers below the top one. So the similar patters of the papers may exist among other Chiyogami booklets. If you buy more than two similar Chiyogami booklets at the same time, please understand all of the patterns are not checkered by opening their packages.
These beautiful Japanese Origami (Chiyogami) are handicraft one. 20 sheets of Yuzen Dyeing Patterns and 20 sheets of color paper without pattern are packed together. Yuzen technique was originally developed in Kyoto for printing Japanese traditional clothes(Kimono).
