Gokujo(premium quality) Genmai Tea is characterized by a rich aroma and the flavor of refined tea leaves.It is made by mixing roasted brown rice(Genmai) with the big leaves of Sencha tea. The genmai is roasted at two different levels:lightly roasted and deeply roasted until the rice grains puff. The result is a unique savory flavor and a strong popcorn-like aroma.
