This is Japanese sachet, called Kaori(fragrance) Bukuro(bag) with Chirimen crepe fabric.
The sachet and plastic comb are packing together in a paper box.
You can enjoy Japanese moderate fragrance of these sachet.
Chirimen fabric is Japanese traditional crepe cloth called “Chirimen weave”.
Chirimen weave technique was originally developed for Kimono(Japanese
traditional clothes).

Sachet(fabric): Approx. 3cm x 4cm x 2cm (1.18″ x 1.57″ x 0.79″)
Comb(plastic): Approx. 6cm x 5cm x 0.4cm (2.36″ x 1.97″ x 0.16″)
