The Adventure series designed by Finland’s leading children’s literature “Moomin” has been redesigned as “Moomin Adventure MOVE”. Each new adventure series depicts scenes from the Moomin comic “The Day when the Comet Comes Through”. Previously, it was a black and white modern design, but this time, despite the modern design, Moomin’s actions are impressively drawn against the background of a bright comet.

Arabia’s first set of Moomin tableware was illustrated by Tove Jansson herself in the 1950’s. To this day, the illustrations are based on her original drawings. The popular form of the tableware was designed by Richard Lindh in the 1980’s. The shape helps to keep food on the plate and the edges make it easy to eat.
