How to make French press coffee

Preparation:

• Coffee beans
• Grinder
• Kettle
• French Press
• Scale
• Timer
• Spoon

Extraction time:
4 minutes

Step 1
Boil about 600ml of water purification to 93°C. If you transfer the boiling water to another kettle or wait for about 3-4 minutes, it will be around 93°C.

Step 2
Measure and grind the coffee beans. Single Origin Recommends A Bean Volume Of 28g-30g.
The unique characteristics of the production area make it easier to enjoy.
The blend is 35g-40g of beans. It has a solid body and a rich taste, and you can enjoy it even if you add milk or sugar.

* When the beans are ready, grind the coffee beans into medium fine grinds (a little rougher than granulated sugar).

Step 3
Put the French press on the scale, start the timer, and pour 400g of hot water. After that, gently stir with a spoon so that all the coffee gets wet and cover it.
Wait for 4 minutes.

Step 4
After 4 minutes have passed since the start of pouring, gently press the plunger down and pour it all into the cup or caraf.

Step 5
Please enjoy it with your favorite cup.
